You have the option to cancel our entertainment service up to two months before the confirmed event date, subject to a 25% cancellation fee. The deposit, however, will be non-refundable for any cancellations made within two months of the confirmed event date. The non-refundable deposit can be applied towards future events, contingent upon availability and current service prices. Please note that other promotions cannot be combined with the use of a previously qualified deposit.

Additionally, it’s important to recognize that each vendor has unique refund and cancellation policies for event planning services. We will provide you with all the relevant policies, and if you find them unsatisfactory, we are more than willing to assist you in negotiating terms with the vendors on your behalf!”
